Educational Philosophy

It is the philosophy of Neosho Christian Schools that

    • students deserve the very best in educational opportunities.
    • students deserve a safe, secure, and peaceful environment in which to learn.
    • students deserve to know they are of great value, created in the image of God.
    • students deserve the success that comes from learning to be responsible.
    • student belief in God and His son Jesus should be developed and nurtured.
    • student belief in the Bible as the inerrant, inspired Word of God should be developed and nurtured.
    •  students should learn that this world is temporal and that they should prepare for those things that are  spiritual and eternal in nature.
    • students learn from the exercise of all five senses, their own studies and inquiries, and all influences brought to bear upon them by parents, teachers, peers, mass media, and all other internal and external influences.
    • parents have the ultimate responsibility for the education of their children and should work cooperatively with the school to promote their children's education.
    • the school is a separate entity from the church but a partner with the church in promoting spiritual values presented in the Bible.
